Thank you, Covetrus for taking the time to speak with me about the vet shortage. There are so many things that we can do to address this issue. We, as leaders, owners, and managers, need to start listening, hearing, and doing. Please stop doing the same old things, as this is how we got into this situation. I hope there are some ideas here that others can use in their practice. They work here at High Street Vets; we are fully staffed and thriving.
